How it works

1. Submit a commission request
Fill out the form with your idea, preferred size and reference images. I’ll review your request and get back to you with a personalised quote.

2. Secure your commission
Once we’ve agreed on the details, I’ll send you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your commission is officially booked once the deposit has been received.

3. The creative process begins
Once your deposit is received, I’ll begin developing your artwork. We’ll discuss your references, composition and overall direction beforehand so I have a clear understanding of what you’re looking for.

The reference images are a starting point, the final piece will be my artistic interpretation in the Ellemie style, rather than an exact reproduction.

4. Your artwork is completed
Once the painting is finished, I’ll send you photographs of the completed artwork. At this stage, only minor agreed adjustments can be made if necessary. Because each piece is an original artwork, major changes or a completely different concept may require an additional fee.

The painting will then need approximately 2 weeks to fully dry before it can be safely packaged and shipped.

5. Final payment & shipping
Once the painting is completely dry and ready to ship, I’ll send you the invoice for the remaining 50%.

After the final payment has been received, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Please note: Because the creative process begins after the deposit has been paid, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Each commission is a one-of-a-kind original artwork created in my own artistic style.
